Many of us who now call Arizona home have roots in other states. I spent my early years in Kansas. After exploring careers on the east coast, I eventually returned to the midwest to be closer to family.
Throughout an 18-year career in the Sprint Corporation, I was in eight different divisions as diverse as cellular telephone sales, product development and international marketing. I taught Dale Carnegie courses in the evenings.
Along the way, I met my husband Jim. We discovered our mutual interest in learning to fly. We earned our pilot's licenses together and have been flying together for 25 years. During that time, we developed our own airport south of Kansas City. As our health started changing, we searched for a dryer climate. For several years, we flew west on vacation to explore airparks. This is where my fascination with real estate research began. We kept coming back to the Wickenburg area because of the friendly people and beautiful surroundings. For the past 7 years, our full-time home has been here in an airpark.
I've always been thorough, competitive and curious. As a Realtor, my curiousity serves my clients well as I search the market for them; my competitive streak helps to make the best deal and my thoroughness enables me to represent my clients' needs through to the very end.
Several years ago, I earned the GRI real estate designation by taking 90 hours of advanced real estate courses to better serve my clients.
I'll be glad to provide you with an overview and updates of the local real estate market; a review of local area homes for sale that meet your requirements; schedule a time for you to view these properties; negotiate on your behalf to get the best possible price for your new home and assist you through the entire home buying process.
I welcome the opportunity to put my skills to work for you. Call or email me anytime at 928-671-1597 or pat@wickenburgpat.com.
